For property teams
Keep one property-team handoff current, visible and accountable.
For builders and property teams that have outgrown scattered updates, but do not need to buy a new operating system to fix one important handoff.

The pilot dossier
A small artifact for a real operating question.
We begin with the handoff—not a feature catalogue. The pilot creates a visible path for one stream of property information to become current and usable.
- 01
Material arrives
A team’s property details, photos and corrections enter from the places work already happens.
- 02
Review / approval
One named review point decides what is ready to become the current version.
- 03
Current output
The approved listing or collection is the version the team can share with confidence.
- 04
Agreed success measure
Before build, we agree what a useful handoff should make easier to see, use or maintain.
Straight lines, early
Useful scope starts by saying what it is—and what it isn’t.
Pilot may add
A mapped review step and a team-facing current view for one agreed handoff.
Not claimed
No ERP replacement, no assumed integrations, no invented outcomes and no promise beyond the agreed scope.
The systems flow
The work can move forward without losing its current version.
A bounded workflow can make the route from incoming material to external sharing easier to inspect, run and hand over.

Working sequence
Map the reality before you make the thing.
There is no pre-sold duration. The sequence holds; the scope and pace are decided with the team in front of the actual handoff.
- I
Map
See the current handoff, owners and points where information goes stale.
- II
Scope
Choose one bounded workflow and agree its success measure before anything is built.
- III
Build / pilot
Make the agreed workflow usable by the people who will actually run it.
- IV
Review
Look at the outcome together, then decide whether the scope earned its next step.
Questions before the call
No fog around the boundary.
Is this an off-the-shelf ERP replacement?
No. ListEasy is for a specific property-information handoff, not a replacement for your ERP, CRM, accounts or construction systems.
Can it connect to our existing systems?
Only after API and access inspection. A connection is never assumed from a brand name or a sales conversation; we first check what is actually available and safe to use.
How will we decide whether a pilot worked?
The success measure is agreed before build. It should be specific to the handoff your team wants to improve, rather than a generic dashboard metric.
How long does a pilot take?
There is no fixed duration. The sequence is Map, Scope, Build / pilot and Review; the pace depends on the chosen handoff, access and team availability.
A considered first conversation
Bring the handoff that deserves a current view.
