Terms,
written plainly.

Every plan is per broker, tied to one WhatsApp number. Sharing one account between multiple brokers is not permitted — every buyer enquiry goes to the registered number, so a shared account sends your enquiries to someone else anyway.

• Free: up to 3 live listings, and 1 new AI poster render per month to try the feature.
• Pro (₹1,999/month): unlimited listings under fair use — a working broker’s real, current inventory. Bulk imports, scraped inventory or reselling access are not fair use. Includes 1 new AI poster render per month.
• Growth (₹3,999/month): everything in Pro, plus the AI poster beta — up to 200 new renders per month. Posters are cached per listing, so re-sharing an unchanged listing’s poster does not count against the limit.

If usage looks automated or far outside a single broker’s normal volume, we may throttle the account or ask about it on WhatsApp before anything drastic.

AI posters are an evolving feature. A failed image-generation attempt does not use the monthly render limit; if a completed render is not delivered correctly, message us on WhatsApp so we can inspect it.

Paid plans use a monthly Razorpay subscription that can be authorised by UPI or card. It renews automatically after the initial authorisation, subject to the payment schedule shown when you approve it.

You can ask to cancel by sending “cancel plan” in WhatsApp. Cancellation is currently immediate rather than scheduled for the end of the billing cycle, and the account returns to Free when the cancellation is processed.

We do not state a fixed automatic timetable here for extra live listings after a downgrade. Ask us before cancelling if that transition matters to your active inventory.

Your listings, photos and voice notes stay yours. You confirm you have the right to market the properties you publish and that listing details are accurate.

We generate pages, previews and posters from what you send. You are responsible for checking them before sharing; the draft review step exists so prices, phone numbers, photos and property details can be checked before publication.

We may remove listings that are fraudulent, misleading or illegal.

ListEasy runs on WhatsApp’s Business Platform and best-effort cloud infrastructure. We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Listing pages are public by design — anyone with the link can view them. The separate trust record explains the dashboard-access and basic engagement-measurement boundaries.
